1.  WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

-Many of our products have a shelf life of 12 months.  However, we do recommend you use them within 6 months to experience supreme quality.  In addition, try not to introduce water into the products - use clean and dry hands.  Also, keep products out of direct sunlight and store them at or below room temperature.  Our products are crafted daily in small batches, not stored for months like some of your bigger brands.  You can rest assured that your products will reach you at optimal freshness.

2.  DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?

-Any product  of ours that has been formulated with water will have a safe, mild preservative within it. If a product is crafted with water and without a preservative , it will typically start to form bacteria or mold within a matter of days.  Many brands promote "preservative free" products, but this is a scientific fact that we will not compromise. Remember, our first goal is to bring you safe, non-toxic products.

3.  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

-No.  Our products are cruelty-free.

4.  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

-Most of our products are vegan; however, a few do contain beeswax and silk amino acids.

 5.   WHY DOES MY PRODUCT APPEAR SLIGHTLY DARKER THAN WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT?    

-Some products that have a sugary or vanilla scent contain an organic compound called vanillin, which is found in the extract of the vanilla bean.  This compound can cause discoloration over time. We recommend using products within 6 months of purchase to help avoid this.  This is a totally, natural occurrence and products are still absolutely safe to use. 

 6.  MY BODY BUTTER AND/OR WHIPPED SOAP HAS MELTED.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-Body butters and whipped soap can melt during the shipping process, especially during warmer periods.  If this should happen, you can simply stir the product firmly or you can place the product in the refrigerator to thicken up.  It may also appear as if there is a smaller amount of product.  This is because air from the whipping process, has been lost.  Please keep this in mind if shipping to a warm destination, as we cannot accept returns on these items.  

 7.  WILL YOUR PRODUCTS HELP TO CURE MY SKIN CONDITIONS?

-Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.  They have many benefits, but please contact your physician about any concerns you may have, including use of products during pregnancy.
